Front Gate is being installed, hopefully to be completed by July 4th.

Repairs to the waterfront pier have been completed!
New website is being creating and will be launched shortly
The repairs from our last hurricane are almost all completed. We have replaced the old stockade fence between us and the townhouses with a 4-rail wood fence. The pool and spa have been cleaned and the pumps and filters have been replaced. There is a new fence surrounding the pool area with a combination lock.
Most of the magnolia trees along Mashes Sands have been replaced with crepe myrtles and pine straw has been added to all the flower beds and along Mashes Sands.
The pier is progressing and should be completed in a few months.
The next Homeowners Meeting will be held in February on a date to be determined.
